1 Corinthians 10:13

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Two Broken Hearts Restored “One Flesh”

I spent a year juggling what I thought was mine.

It was the LORD’S.

I finally did it, I lost it all.

My heart is completely broken, who am I?

My head is throbbing, can I lay and rot in peace?

God why are you silent when I need to hear you the most?

My ears grown dull to your voice. The enemy is too loud for me to handle.

I strike my head in anguish, when will it be calm.

But you say, “Matthew you can handle it, I designed it for you.”

My savior and redeemer will humble me in the dark.

My LORD will lift and exalt me up past the snow clouds.

Will you restore me God? Will you restore her God?

Will you restore us, God? “You with little faith, it is already done.”

Hearts of Judas, we all doubt.

We all are faithless as can be, but he is good always.

I smile in his radiant light.

In Jesus Christ’s name, grace and peace to all and all.

Amen.
